If you would like your child to be included for Individual Portrait Photos and/or Class Photos, you must complete the pre-registration form by clicking on the link below.
ONLY THOSE WHO REGISTER WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED & EMAILED ORDERING INFO & PAYMENT DETAILS
By registering your child, you give permission for Jodie Piggott Photography to photograph your child within their preschool environment, with consent for your contact information being used to send you gallery access, ordering details, and purchase information.
⚠️ Only children who have registered & permission submitted will be photographed.
⚠️ All children will be included in the Class Photo. If you prefer your child not to be photographed, please notify me in advance.
Important Information - regarding Preschool Photo Day
Class Photos
We will be creating a special class photo to capture and celebrate the important friendships and teachers your child has had at preschool. This will be a beautiful keepsake to treasure for years to come.
If your child doesn't usually attend on the scheduled day, you're more than welcome to bring them in to be part of the class photo.
Class photos will be printed on high-quality A4 photo paper and laminated to ensure they last and stay protected from little hands.
Class Photo Day is - Wednesday 18th
9.15am - Pukeko Room (Babies)
9.30am - Tui Room
9.45am - Bellbird Room
10.00am - Kea Room
10.15am - Morepork Room

Preschool Photo Day – What to Wear
- Bright Colours are Great (avoid Orange if you can)
- Comfy, casual clothes they can move and play in
- Warmth for the weather – we’ll be outside!
- Outfits that show their personality and everyday style
- Please avoid large logos or characters that might distract from their faces
HOW TO ORDER & PURCHASE
Once Photo Day is complete, I’ll be busy behind the scenes putting together all of the magical portrait packages ready to share with you.
Within 7–10 days, you’ll receive a personalised email with a link to your child’s private, password-protected portrait gallery. This email will include the gallery link, your child’s password, and all the information you need about payment and ordering.
Please remember to check your junk/spam folder, just in case it lands there.
The great part is – you get to view your child’s portrait photo package before making any purchase. Payment and orders will only be processed once all of the children’s portrait packages are completed and ready. (usually 7-10 days once photos are completed).
Ordering and payment are super easy, with two convenient options:
Credit/Debit Card – Payment via the shopping cart in the gallery.
Internet Banking – Manual bank transfer option.

✨ About Preschool Portrait Packages ✨
Preschool Portrait Packages are more than just photographs — they are meaningful keepsakes that capture your child’s personality, friendships, and joy during these precious preschool years. Families can choose from individual portrait images and/or class photos, creating a collection that truly reflects this special stage of childhood.
Each portrait package includes beautifully captured individual portraits, with the option to add a class photo — a wonderful way to remember early friendships and the teachers who play such an important role in your child’s preschool journey.
Children’s individual portraits are taken outdoors within the preschool playground, where children feel relaxed, confident, and free to be themselves. Through gentle guidance, play, and exploration, we capture natural expressions — genuine smiles, curiosity, and personality — ensuring the experience feels fun, relaxed, and magical for every child.
✨ Class photos are taken first thing in the morning on arrival (between 9:15–9:30am). These images become treasured keepsakes, celebrating the friendships and teacher connections your child has built throughout their wonderful preschool year.
